Melissa Suzanne George is an actress, model, inventor, and businesswoman who hails from Australia. Following her start in her country of birth, she eventually moved to Hollywood and was able to achieve significant success in Hollywood. George, a native of Perth located in the Western Australian state of Perth initially was interested in dancing and roller skating. She also enjoyed artistic roller skating. In her teens, she started modeling, and was awarded in 1992 Western Australia's teenage Model. In the following year, she appeared in an episode of the Seven Network's soap opera Home and Away. Her film debut was on Dark City. Later, she took on parts in supporting roles, such as Alias The Limey in Down with Love.
